Warner has issued a press release announcing for definite that LEGO Rock Band is genuine and under development. It's a collaboration which includes a number of companies:
Tom Stone, Managing Director at TT Games commented:
"LEGO Rock Band combines two compelling properties and creates an experience that family members of all ages will enjoy playing together as a group. Harmonix and MTV Games are the world experts in music gameplay, we're genuinely thrilled to bring the unique and humor-filled LEGO experience to the Rock Band universe".
A small number of tracks are already confirmed:
LEGO Rock Band is penned for release sometime during the fourth quarter of this year. Is there a need for LEGO men to take to the stage?
