G-man, one word: Snaking. They took it out, but not fully. Just made it harder to do, especially with the Wii Wheel. That, and continuously hitting jumps and boosts when they can.

The basic bike seems like it was MADE for snaking. I was racing a ghost on yoshi falls, and most of the time I was drifting. When I did let the boost go close to a wall the bike handled very well and I didn't hit the wall.
