Nintendo figurines spotted on UK sites

The UK website Shopto has listed a handful of what appears to be the first wave of Nintendo amiibo figurines. The price, currently listed at £12.85, corresponds to $17.52 in USD.

The fourteen characters shown are all featured in the Super Smash Bros series, which makes sense as Nintendo confirmed the amiibos would work with the game along with the Wii U GamePad.

The amiibo figures are available for pre-order but their release date is still to be determined. You can most likely expect these figures to launch around this holiday season alongside Super Smash Bros. for the Wii U.
